Cadently continues to evolve with input from coaching professionals who need efficient, client-centered workflows. Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Video/Motion Designer at Cadently. The intern will create motion graphics and short-form videos that explain product features, customer stories, and coaching workflows across web, social, and product channels. Day-to-day tasks include storyboarding concepts, designing visual assets, animating UI elements and characters, and producing simple product walkthroughs or tutorials. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to develop visual concepts that support campaigns, brand guidelines, and in-app education. The intern will assist with editing, versioning content for multiple formats, and ensuring all motion assets are optimized for performance and consistent with Cadently’s visual identity.

Qualifications

• Strong motion-focused skills, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with an eye for timing, pacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Hands-on experience in Video Production, including basic filming or screen capture, editing, and optimizing content for digital platforms.
• Foundational skills in Animation, such as animating icons, UI elements, or simple character/illustration-based scenes.
• Ability to develop and present Storyboards that clearly communicate narrative, transitions, and key moments in a video.
• Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar design/animation software).
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion design and video work, ideally for digital products or SaaS brands.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including composition, typography, and color, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Interest in coaching, education, or productivity tools is a plus; prior experience with startups or tech products is beneficial.
