NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Vice President of Risk Mitigation Solutions to join our client’s team. This is a remote , direct hire position. SALARY: $170,000 – $190,000 (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements

• Fraud and payments expertise in FinTech or Payments
• Solutions, product, or advisory experience
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills
• Proven cross-functional leadership and ownership mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a new fraud prevention division, including strategy, market analysis, and client management
• Build and nurture relationships with partner entities for seamless solution delivery
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing fraud prevention team
• Provide consulting expertise and industry thought leadership on fraud prevention
• Drive adoption of advanced fraud prevention technologies, including data analytics and AI
• Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory standards and compliance requirements
• Develop programs emphasizing client needs, service excellence, and satisfaction
