This is a rare opportunity for a veterinarian to be able to earn from home. Veterinary Diagnostic Centers are brick-and-mortar ultrasound referral centers in the Chicago area but you would work remotely from home for your role whereever you are. When we receive our ultrasound/echocardiogram reports back from our telemedicine partners our veterinarians call the family to discuss the report. After we have discussed the information in the report with the family we then forward the report and communication log on to the family and the referring veterinarian. It's really that straightforward! We are looking for a few veterinarians to share these responsibilities so we are open to candidates that have a specific day(s) of the week that they can consistently perform these duties repeatedly. Veterinarians who are reliable and enjoy educating clients are the ideal candidates for this role. The role, on a typical day, would take about 4-5 hours. There is no specific time that you need to get these reports to the families so you can work around errands, child care, appointments.
