Job Description

Job Duck is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to support a fast-growing immigration law practice. In this role, you will play a critical part in preparing legal documents, organizing case files, and ensuring attorneys have accurate and complete materials for review. Your daily work will directly impact client experiences by helping maintain smooth operations, clear documentation, and timely communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, values accuracy, and enjoys supporting legal professionals behind the scenes. Responsibilities

• Complete and review immigration-related forms
• Collect and file client documents accurately
• Update standard operating procedures and document workflows
• Prepare documents for attorney review and approval
• Organize and maintain case files and supporting evidence
• Draft client declarations and supporting documentation
• Support ongoing process improvement and documentation efforts
• Take detailed notes during client meetings
• Schedule client consultations and manage calendars

Requirements

Full-time, remote position. Timezone alignment required with PST. Practice area focused on immigration law. Spanish proficiency is required; Farsi proficiency is a strong plus.
