• We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to lead generative and evaluative research initiatives for an AI-powered recruiting platform.
• The ideal candidate will partner with product, design, engineering, and talent acquisition stakeholders to uncover user needs, evaluate product experiences, and drive research-informed decisions across recruiter, hiring manager, and candidate workflows.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: UX, AI-Platform, Saas
• 8+ years of UX Research experience within Enterprise SaaS, HR Technology, or similar complex platforms.
• Experience researching AI-enabled or AI-augmented products, including explainability, trust, and adoption challenges.
• Strong expertise in mixed-method research techniques including:
• User Interviews
• Surveys
• Card Sorting
• Co-Design Workshops
• Tree Testing
• Usability Testing
• Contextual Inquiry
• Hands-on experience with research platforms such as Dovetail, Maze, UserZoom, or equivalent tools.
• Strong ability to translate research findings into actionable product and design recommendations.
