This role focuses on reviewing visual and UX outputs from humans and AI so models learn better design judgment and produce more usable interfaces. The role OpenTrain is recruiting a UX and Visual Design Expert to review design interview content and AI-generated materials. This is a contract, part-time position focused on multidisciplinary design judgment: visual quality, UX/UI principles, typography, layout, branding consistency, and user-centered design. What you’ll do This role contributes directly to improving AI outputs and training data by evaluating, rating, and creating feedback for design artifacts. Your judgments will help refine model behavior and the quality of future design-focused training sets.

• Evaluate and refine design interview content with emphasis on visual and UX/UI elements.
• Assess AI-generated materials for quality, usability, and adherence to modern design principles.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio.
