This role plays a key part in ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high trust and safety standards across digital platforms operating in a fast-evolving online environment. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting global regulations and industry standards, helping the business stay reputed company of legal and compliance requirements. • Maintain detailed documentation and reports on legislative developments, identifying risks, opportunities, and business implications.
• Provide clear findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders to support compliance decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal compliance processes, policies, and operational procedures.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to ensure regulatory and trust & safety requirements are embedded in new projects and product developments.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in trust and safety reputed company the digital content and online platform ecosystem.
• Support audits of internal content moderation rules to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Public Policy, or a reputed company field.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory analysis, legal research, or a similar role, preferably in digital platforms or online content industries.
