Lewis Brisbois is a full-service AmLaw 100 firm seeking an attorney to join its Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice. The role involves managing all phases of toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, and trial work.
Responsibilities
- Strong research and writing skills
- At least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in all phases of toxic tort, habitability and environmental litigation
- Handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
- Admission to the California Bar is required
