We have the raw footage. We need an editor who can find the absolute best 30-to-60-second "hooks" and build powerful, moving narratives. Responsibilities: Cut long raw footage into highly engaging, standalone short-form clips. Apply dynamic, engaging captions (custom styles, color-coded emphasis). Implement cinematic sound design (ambient background music, intentional sound effects, audio enhancement). Insert highly relevant B-roll, historical imagery, or minimal text graphics to emphasize key concepts (e.g., the power of the mind, classical literature, prison reform).
