We're looking for a part-time TikTok Shop Creator Coach to work directly with our roster of creators and affiliates — elevating their content quality and conversion performance across top brands. You'll operate primarily through our Discord community, coaching creators async and live, running sessions, and building a space where top performers keep getting better. You know what makes a TikTok Shop video actually sell, and you can communicate that clearly, practically, and fast. You know what makes a TikTok Shop video actually sell, and you can communicate that clearly, practically, and fast. This role blends coaching, content strategy, and performance analysis into one.

What You'll Do

• Own creator coaching communications inside Uptickk's Discord — channels, threads, and direct async feedback
• Run live coaching sessions, group feedback reviews, and Q&As in Discord voice and stage channels
• Review creator content and provide structured, actionable feedback tied to GMV outcomes
• Build and maintain Discord resources: pinned playbooks, content guides, and coaching frameworks creators can reference on their own
• Coach TikTok Shop creators 1:1 and in group settings to improve hooks, video structure, and conversion rateIdentify content patterns across top-performing videos and translate those into coaching curriculum posted in Discord
• Support creator onboarding for new brand campaigns — briefing creators in Discord on product, messaging, and compliance
• Work alongside Account Managers to flag underperforming creators and create improvement plansPost weekly insights, trends, and TikTok Shop updates into relevant Discord channels to keep the community sharp
• Help develop a content scoring rubric to evaluate creator videos pre- and post-publish
• Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends and algorithm shifts and bring those insights back through Discord

Must Haves

• Demonstrable experience generating TikTok Shop GMV (either as a creator or coaching others)
• Comfortable operating in Discord as a primary communication and coaching platform
• Deep understanding of what makes a TikTok Shop video convert — hooks, storytelling, product demo, CTAs
• Experience working across multiple brands or product verticals on TikTok Shop
• Ability to give structured, performance-linked feedback that creators can apply immediately
• Comfortable operating asynchronously in a fast-moving remote environment
