• These are all self generated leads, mainly through door to door solicitation
• Reps get exclusive territory with walk lists for D2D

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create leads by finding interested potential customers through D2D and your own Network
• Educate potential customers on the new products and services that are available
• Find the potential customer’s needs for communication services through conversation
• Match the customer’s needs wit the services that best fit their needs
• Enroll the customer through online portal
• Follow up with customer to gather all required info and ensure they are happy
• Get referrals and find new potential customers

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Experience in sales preferred
• Great attitude and a drive for success
• Must be able to get soliciting permits where required

Pay

• 16.37/hr base pay
• Tiered commission based on performance ($100 to $250 per sale)
• No commission cap, unlimited potential
• Average reps are earning $1600 per week
