Title: Technical Recruiter – Remote | High-Growth Tech Company Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help scale a growing technology company. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and closing high-quality candidates across engineering, DevOps, and product roles. This is not a high-volume, keyword-matching recruiting role. We value recruiters who can clearly demonstrate their judgment—how they evaluate real experience, ask the right questions, and represent candidates accurately. Strong candidates typically distinguish themselves through measurable outcomes, thoughtful process, and clear examples of their work— such as

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering, DevOps, product, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
• Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels (not just inbound)
• Conduct structured screenings that go beyond resumes
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain clear communication throughout the process
• Help improve recruiting workflows and candidate evaluation processes

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recruiting experience (technical recruiting strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to identify and close high-quality candidates
• Strong judgment in evaluating experience vs. buzzwords
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment
• Self-directed and accountable
