Taubmans - Trade - Commercial Account Manager PPG Industries Sydney - Field Based We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Trade Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. You will represent one of Australia's most iconic paint brands, Taubmans, and help increase commercial growth and profitability across your territory. You will improve the profitability of your territory across the Sydney basin by developing and promoting our partnerships. You will build important customers and new business opportunities to achieve profit and growth for PPG across the territory. You will report to the State Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage strategic account plans to maximise sales, profitability, and market share within your assigned territory Develop, and grow a portfolio of commercial trade accounts Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue streams Use CRM tools to manage customer data, track sales activities, and maintain a disciplined call plan to ensure engagement with important accounts Collaborate cross-functionally with our teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction Achieve and exceed sales targets, growth goals, and profitability goals through proactive account management and negotiation Deliver exceptional customer service and relationship management, encouraging long-term partnerships and customer loyalty Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, demonstrating brand advocacy

Qualifications

Previous Account Management experience in the coatings, building and construction industry, or relevant experience in a paint trade A willingness to attend events outside of standard work hours Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects - you will easily establish trust and make people feel comfortable with your easy-going approach. A record in building new relationships, or accounts and growing existing business Computer literacy in MS Office & CRM Salesforce tools Current Driver's licence and Australian work rights
