Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment and interview process, including scheduling interviews and updating candidate statuses in applicant tracking systems. Review and screen candidate applications based on position requirements. Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including updating progress and escalating concerns. Ensure timely review of applicants and coordination with recruiters or hiring managers.

Qualifications

Position Requirements High school diploma. Experience in a business or office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, customer service and organizational skills. .
