Responsibilities

• The Recruiter will collaborate with Financial Advisement Firms, Non-profit Agencies, Health Care Centers and Small & Midsized Business Owners to proactively identify, promote and fulfill hiring needs
• Recruiters will ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains qualified Candidates while growing a strong talent pipeline
• Must be dedicated and hard worker as this position requires dedication and persistence as well as great time management skills
• Looking for someone that is comfortable cold calling candidates and C-Suite Executives that are in need of Top Talent
• Must have sales and customer service experience, coachable and willing to learn
• Must be a self starter and comfortable working in a team setting
• Must be goal oriented and success driven
• Daily leads, training and coaching provided with plenty of room for growth
