Work Schedule- 2nd Shift (India) Job Responsibilities Administer and maintain Windows Server OS environments (2016, 2019, 2022) Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues across hardware, OS, and network layers Design and implement PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve system efficiency Perform system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes in accordance with best practices Monitor server performance, availability, and security compliance Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related services Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps Collaborate with other IT teams on infrastructure projects and service improvements Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support critical systems and respond to incidents

Minimum Qualifications
