We are looking for a recruiter who can independently source, screen, and place travel nursing and allied healthcare professionals. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a high-performing recruiter with proven experience in:

• Travel nursing recruiting
• Allied healthcare recruiting (therapy, imaging, or clinical specialties preferred)
• High-volume candidate sourcing and placement execution
• Pipeline management and submission-to-placement conversion
• Credentialing and compliance awareness within travel healthcare staffing

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline
• Submit qualified candidates for open assignments
• Support credentialing and compliance documentation
