DCM, Inc. is a telefundraising and telemarketing company that partners with organizations in the performing arts, political and social advocacy, and healthcare. The Strategy Associate will support the full lifecycle of client campaigns, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication with clients, and coordination among campaign managers.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign strategy and execution alongside the Lead Strategist from kickoff through final reporting
• Build and maintain projections, goal tracking, and performance analysis in Excel
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for campaign managers — keeping things coordinated and moving
• Communicate directly with clients: preparing updates, joining calls, and helping maintain strong working relationships
• Assist with messaging development and strategy documentation
• Travel to our Midtown Manhattan office and client sites as needed (approximately 3–4 times per year)

Skills

• At least 1 year of direct client-facing experience
• Experience supervising or coordinating a small team
• Comfort with Excel and data — you can build a basic model, interpret metrics, and spot when something looks off
• Strong written and verbal communication — clear, organized, easy to work with
• Self-directed and deadline-driven — you can manage your own schedule working remotely
• High school diploma required
• Interest in the arts, advocacy, or healthcare — experience in these areas is a plus, not a requirement
• Some college or equivalent experience preferred
