Job Description

Leidos Health and Services Sector currently has an opening for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support the Military OneSource program. Military OneSource provides 24/7 support services to military members and their families worldwide. The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, deploy, integrate, and maintain secure Salesforce solutions supporting mission-critical program operations. This role will work closely with business analysts, architects, product owners, and development teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-focused solutions. Primary Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions. Support Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems. Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues. Support release management, configuration management, and change control processes. Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and customer requirements. Collaborate with Government stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams to deliver mission-critical capabilities. Basic Qualifications U.S. Citizenship. Active Secret Security Clearance required. Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience). 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. Experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Salesforce solutions. Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based development. Experience working in Agile software development environments. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications. Experience supporting Federal or DoD customers. Experience with DevSecOps, RMF, NIST 800-53, or ATO processes. Experience supporting secure cloud-based solutions Additional Requirements Ability to maintain program suitability and clearance requirements.
