What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and mentor peer-to-peer fundraising staff to exceed goals.
• Oversee Walk/Run events from strategy to execution across multiple markets.
• Cultivate donors, volunteers, corporate sponsors, and local community champions.
• Drive engagement through mission-aligned storytelling and outreach.
• Collaborate on digital marketing, event experience, and recruitment strategy.

About You

• 4+ years in peer-to-peer fundraising with direct walk/run experience.
• 2+ years staff management; skilled in strategic planning and growth.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce, DonorDrive, Canva, and event logistics.
• Comfortable with public speaking and community-facing leadership.
