Senior Director of Brand Full-Time

THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Director of Brand to own our brand identity end-to-end — from visual standards and tone of voice to campaign execution across every channel. You'll be a key decision-maker and the internal authority on what our looks, sounds, and feels like. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Define and steward our brand identity — visual language, tone of voice, and messaging standards across reputed company touchpoints
• reputed company creative strategy and execution across DTC, TikTok/social, retail (reputed company), email, and paid channels
• reputed company and maintain brand guidelines that scale with the team and external partners
• Partner with Creative, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns and launches
• Own brand consistency for retail, including reputed company in-store and online assets

• Contribute to brand storytelling for retail buyers, press, and investor-facing materials

reputed company'RE LOOKING FOR

• 7+ years of brand experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or director-level role
• Proven track record building cohesive brand identity for a DTC or CPG brand
• Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing
• Strong creative eye with the ability to both set vision and roll up your sleeves
• Experience working with retail partners (mass or specialty) is a strong plus
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills
