Operate within formal IT service management frameworks; manage BI-related incidents, requests, and changes through structured tracking systems. Ensure production stability, reliability, and continuous improvement across the BI environment. Develop KPI frameworks that improve service performance and customer satisfaction; enable proactive monitoring and root-cause analysis. Increase automation across reporting workflows to improve development efficiency and reporting speed. Perform other duties as assigned.
