Develop and maintain complex financial and statistical models to support decision-making and forecasting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations for improving the health outcomes of our members. Monitor and analyze healthcare costs, utilization, and performance metrics to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Utilize various data sources and tools to conduct in-depth analyses and present findings to senior leadership. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform data analysis and recommendations. Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to support business needs and initiatives. Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare analytics and provide guidance and support to other team members. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
