Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of sports performance data from various sources (e.g., GPS tracking, video analysis, physiological monitoring). Develop and implement statistical models and algorithms to identify performance trends, predict outcomes, and evaluate training effectiveness. Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to coaches, athletes, and management. Collaborate with coaching staff to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights to inform training and game-day strategies. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop systems for monitoring athlete progress and well-being. Research and evaluate new technologies and methodologies for sports performance analysis. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in sports science and data analytics. Contribute to a culture of data-informed decision-making within the organization. Maintain the integrity and security of all performance data. Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. This is a fully remote role, enabling you to work from any location within the US.
