Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers, providing timely and accurate information.Assist with booking flights, changes, and cancellations.Resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner.Maintain knowledge of Southwest Airlines products and services.Use various communication tools (phone, email, chat) to engage with customers.Requirements High school diploma or GED.Previous customer service experience is preferred.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.Access to reliable internet and necessary technology for remote work.
