Your role in our mission Drives the delivery of solutions within functional area(s) to support internal and external customers andworks closely with delivery teams and product leaders to drive cross-functional solutions. Driving new implementations and solutions that deliver strong value, considering financial model,competitive environment and future landscape. Serves as the internal and external evangelist for assigned product offering/s. Manages the product delivery & implementation support from strategic planning to tactical activities. Specifies market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported byon-going visits to customers and non-customers as needed. What we're looking for 7+ years of hands-on experience in Care Management and/or Healthcare Industry. Hands-On experience working with Essette Platform Demonstrated success building, defining and launching products and strategic initiatives. Ability to write product requirements, define user personas and use scenarios for internal and externalclients What you should expect in this role Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%) Please Note: Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation The deadline to submit applications for this posting is September 30, 2026 The pay range for this position is $103,300.00 - $147,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
