Provide pre-sales assistance with establishing Voice communications - CCaaS between Accenture’s Global Delivery Network(GDN) locations and client or project locations 2. The SSA, acts as the primary point of contact between the Solution Support Team and the Deal Team and is responsible for gathering Voice requirements, design and costs estimation creation 3. Once deal team approves proposed solution, SSA will handover solution deployment responsibility to Client deployment team. 4. SSA will be responsible to answer RFP/RFI questions. Technical experience: 1. Interpret the unique requirements for a given client and produces one or more data and voice connectivity solution(s) that best fits their needs. 2. Identify all one-time and recurring cost that associated with each design option. 3. Identify at a high-level all potential foreseeable risks and notate the assumptions applicable for each design/ pricing option. 4. Provide associated diagrams, documents, and cost estimates for provided options. 5. Provide consultation in the process of collecting and interpreting the information necessary to collate into the initial requirements which is required for the design & pricing phase. 6. He should have good understanding on Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud & NICE CX1 Cloud as well as he should have cloud certification. 7. He should be aware about Voice solutions. 9. Provide clarifications and responses for voice queries/services based on client RFP questions and requirements. 10. Provide Subject Matter Expert support for deal team with client discussions focused on voice solution options in Accenture GDN locations and tailor-made solutions based on client requirements.
