Social Media Manager for an E-commerce Fashion Brand in the US (Home Based Part Time)

- Create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels — styling videos, product spotlights, trends, and storytelling
- Write compelling captions and hooks designed to drive clicks and conversions
- Research trending sounds, hashtags, and formats and adapt them to the client's brand voice
- Schedule and publish posts consistently across both platforms
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement — respond and build relationships
- Track content performance and iterate based on data (views, saves, link clicks, conversions)
- Build and maintain email subscriber list from scratch
- Design and write weekly or bi-weekly email campaigns (new arrivals, promotions, stories) - can utilize ChatGPT
- Set up foundational email automations welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase
- Craft subject lines and CTAs optimized for open and click-through rates
