Social Media Account Manager for Creative Agency in Miami

Role Description We're looking for an Account Manager who brings together strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for creative work. This role sits at the intersection of client relationships, project management, and creative execution; with a focus on driving projects forward seamlessly while delivering an exceptional client experience.   • Location: Miami, FL
  • Role Type: Hybrid (primarily remote; must be available for client meetings, content shoots, + production prep as needed)
  • Compensation: $28–$35/hour (based on experience)
  • Hours: 20–30 hours per month to start (must be available to grow into a full-time role within 2–4 months)
  • Start Date: Must be available to start July 2026

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media with an agency or in-house marketing background.
  • Previous account management or client-facing experience required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations throughout Miami.
  • Comfortable creating content and participating in on-site content shoots.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, professional relationships.
  • Manage multiple clients, deadlines, projects, and priorities; facilitate client and internal meetings, maintaining detailed notes, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, support account growth, and enhance the overall client experience.

Creative & Strategic Thinking:

  • Bring a strong understanding of social media, digital culture, marketing, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure work aligns with both client objectives and creative vision.
  • Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, consumer behavior, art, design, and emerging platforms to help inform creative direction.
  • Must have a strong pulse on culture, creativity, and what makes content resonate; not just what's trending, but why it's working.
  • Lead the development of creative briefs, shot lists, mood boards, and content concepts when needed.

Account Success + Organization:

  • Oversee project execution and ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client goals.
  • Communicate project requirements, priorities, and timelines to internal team members while keeping projects moving efficiently.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions before they impact timelines or deliverables.
  • Foster collaboration and maintain positive working relationships across the team.
  • Help ensure every account remains organized, proactive, and positioned for long-term success.
