Your responsibilities: Develop and execute SMM strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends. Grow and strengthen the brand's presence across Instagram and TikTok. Create and implement content plans in collaboration with the marketing and design teams. Monitor key performance metrics, analyze results, and continuously optimize activities based on data insights. Research market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to identify new growth opportunities. Your skills: 2+ years of experience as an SMM Manager. Hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok (Threads is a plus). Understanding of analytics, marketing funnels, and key performance metrics. Ability to generate creative ideas and evaluate content through the lens of marketing objectives. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc. Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills. Basic design and copywriting skills. How we get things done?
