Service Desk Consultant What makes your job exciting: You are the central point of contact for our customers and always have an open ear for their requests. As an interface between the Service Desk and internal 2nd or 3rd level support teams, you ensure smooth operations. You proactively monitor and maintain the ongoing operation of infrastructures – always keeping the overview. You prioritize and coordinate incoming tasks such as incidents, problems, service requests, and changes.
