Key Responsibilities

Drive end‑to‑end service delivery for the UFSS platform, ensuring uptime, performance, contract, and SLA compliance Manage the team to effectively respond and action all incident, problem, and change management with a focus on rapid recovery and root‑cause elimination Manage Service Delivery change work as agreed with your assigned clients Act as the primary Service Delivery interface for senior banking stakeholders, providing proactive communication and clear reporting which is delivered to published timeframes Support, and where appropriate, lead project activities within your assigned clients Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to maintain service quality and deliver continuous improvement Ensure all operations meet appropriate banking regulatory, audit, and security standards.
