Essential Responsibilities Own end-to-end patient operations across assigned clients, including patient access, scheduling, pre-registration, authorization, and customer service, while driving KPI improvement and leading remediation plans for performance risks. Lead client and stakeholder relationships as the main point of accountability, guiding client discussions, aligning cross-functional teams, and removing barriers to execution. Turn analytics into action by conducting deep-dive performance analysis, identifying trends and root causes, and establishing clear daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring rhythms. Build and lead high-performing teams across geographies and functions, with a focus on coaching, performance management, succession planning, and strengthening analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Drive process improvement and scalable delivery by standardizing reporting, implementing best practices, and developing repeatable frameworks in complex, matrixed, outsourced environments. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
