Description
- Edit short-form video content with a focus on retention and engagement.
- Match and maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style across content.
- Deliver multiple high-quality videos each day.
- Collaborate with the team and communicate efficiently on production needs.
- Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
- Create content that supports engagement and scale for the agency's clients.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and kinetic text.
- Experience editing Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Proven ability to create high-retention content.
- Strong creative direction and visual taste.
- High attention to detail.
- Fast communication and turnaround time.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work U.S. time zones.
- U.S. working hours required.
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment is preferred.
