Position: Software Engineering Artifact Expert Type: Full-Time Contract Engagement: Remote Compensation: $80 –$120/hour Location: Remote (US & Europe) Role Responsibilities

• Review engineering artifacts such as design documents, technical presentations, and analysis sheets, providing structured feedback
• Create original technical materials including architecture decks, RFCs, post-mortems, and data analyses
• Annotate and refine artifacts to improve clarity, structure, and technical depth
• Ensure outputs align with industry-standard engineering practices and real-world expectations
• Maintain high standards in documentation, communication, and presentation quality

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering (backend, full-stack, ML, infrastructure, mobile, or similar)
• Strong ability to produce technical writing and slide-based communication
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality output
