Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients in detox.
• Provide compassionate counseling and support through virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for our clients.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Engage clients’ families in the recovery process, providing resources and support.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Pennsylvania.
• At least 3 years of experience in a social work or counseling role, preferably in a detox or addiction recovery setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with telehealth practices and a passion for remote support services.
