Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the data quality strategy across enterprise data platforms. Design and implement testing for ETL/ELT pipelines, including validation, reconciliation, and regression testing. Build and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to improve data quality standards and support reliable decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Data Quality Engineering, SDET, or Quality Engineering roles. Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, dbt, Databricks, and Snowflake. Expertise in data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT pipeline validation. Proven experience building automated data testing frameworks and end-to-end testing solutions. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern testing strategies. Experience validating large-scale data pipelines, warehouses, and datasets for quality, accuracy, and performance. Experience contributing to data quality best practices, testing strategies, and enterprise data environments. Mandatory experience in insurance or financial services domains (claims, policies, underwriting, regulatory reporting). Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Ability to work autonomously in complex environments with strong attention to data accuracy and quality. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Familiarity with data governance, observability, and data modernization initiatives. Experience supporting data migration or enterprise modernization projects. Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for validation and reporting context. Experience mentoring teams, reviewing testing strategies, and defining QE best practices.
