Job Overview As a Software Engineer with expertise in Rust, you will design and develop secure, high-performance systems for our financial platform. This role involves building scalable backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development. You will play a key role in architecting, building, and implementing complex software systems to empower institutional customers. Objectives Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using Rust. Collaborate with product, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions. Continuously research and recommend improvements in architecture, tools, and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the software stack. What you bring to our company Development experience: 10+ years in software engineering with 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience in Rust development and a proven track record of shipping code that enables the team to maintain healthy, interruption-free nights. Technical proficiency: Experience with data consistency, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. Knowledge of relational databases. Strong problem solver: Analytical thinker with understanding of “infrastructure as code”, strong debugging skills, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
