Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating procurement and distribution. Develop and optimize cleaning schedules to ensure efficient service delivery. Train on-site staff on new cleaning techniques, product usage, and safety procedures via remote channels. Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding cleaning services, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Analyze performance data and implement improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with remote teams and clients. Qualifications: Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or environmental services management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams effectively. Proficiency in using digital tools for task management, communication, and performance tracking (e.g., MS Teams, Slack, project management software). Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices for various surfaces and environments.
