Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions of the Job % of Time Spent Perform Risk Assesments for CapEx Projects and targeted processes. 25 Delevop standards and procedures to support the Coporate and Engineering Process Safety Road Map. 40 Provide Process Safety technical support to CapEx Project teams. 10 Conduct Process Safety audits with EHS. 10 Provide training to CapEx teams 5 Maintain an upgrade ARA software for Hazard Review. 10 Qualifications (minimally required education, work experience, knowledge and licensure/certifications) Education B.S. degree in technical field, preferably Chemical Engineering Experience 10 years minimum Process Safety experience in manufacturing. Knowledge Chemical manufacturing processes & plant operations, fundamental engineering & chemistry principles, EHS standards, business & financial principles Licensure & Certifications TUV Functional Safety Certification would be a value add.
