Job Description:

• Collaborate with technical teams in the identification and effective management of company-wide risks
• Lead definition and implementation of company-wide standards, practices, and patterns to protect personal data
• Work with Legal, Data Science, and other teams to introduce Privacy by Design principles
• Create privacy training for technical roles

Requirements:

• 15+ years of total experience
• 5+ years of experience in technical program/project management or privacy engineering
• Deep knowledge of current privacy and technology trends
• Demonstrated experience in ensuring privacy-by-design principles
• Proven track record in translating legal requirements into actionable technical measures
• Self-starter who can work autonomously
• Comfortable performing under pressure
• Strong organizational and motivational skills
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Outstanding communicator adept at engaging diverse audiences
• Sense of urgency and commitment to Airbnb's mission
• Experience in multiple roles with senior leaders
