Minimum of 5 years of postdoctoral or industry experience in molecular biology research. Extensive hands-on experience with techniques such as PCR, qPCR, Western Blotting, cloning, gene expression analysis, and cell-based assays. Proven track record of successful experimental design and data interpretation. Strong understanding of genomics, proteomics, and related fields is a plus.
