As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will lead the design and development of engaging e-learning courses, virtual instructor-led training (VILT) modules, and other blended learning materials. You will apply your expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (like ADDIE and SAM), and cutting-edge technologies to create compelling and effective learning experiences. Key responsibilities include analyzing learning needs, defining learning objectives, designing curriculum frameworks, developing storyboards, scripting content, and collaborating closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), multimedia developers, and project managers. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and iterating based on feedback and performance data.
