The role involves preparing and filing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, drafting legal documentation, conducting research on complex immigration issues, and liaising with clients and government agencies to ensure proper case management. This is a flexible schedule position, perfect for candidates who excel in a self-managed remote work environment, but still likes collaborating with a team.
