• About the Opportunity: The Program Manager, Operations will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scale processes, and support the organization’s growth in advanced manufacturing. This role is critical in managing complex programs that drive measurable improvements and operational excellence across teams.
• Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage cross-functional operational programs from start to finish
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement improvements
• Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate program success and identify improvements
• Create project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure deadlines are met
• Act as liaison between stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables
• Analyze data to support decision-making and identify automation opportunities
• Promote lean principles and best operational practices across teams
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain
• Proven ability to lead large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scopes
• Willingness to travel up to 25% Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification is a plus
• Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
