Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive strategies for managing and supporting a fully remote workforce. Develop and refine policies related to remote work, performance management, employee engagement, and collaboration tools. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of remote work initiatives and employee satisfaction. Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in HR leadership, operations management, or a related field, with a significant focus on remote work strategies. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful remote work policies and programs. Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of managing distributed teams. Expertise in HRIS systems, collaboration tools, and relevant remote work technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others. Demonstrated ability to build and nurture a positive and productive remote work culture. Experience in leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new work models.
