Job Description:

• You will lead the product organization responsible for the models, data systems, and decisioning infrastructure.
• Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will partner closely with the CTO, Chief Risk Officer, and CEO.
• Lead a team of senior product managers and work closely with engineering, data science, and risk teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of product leadership experience
• Ownership of PMs or teams that drive major product areas
• Experience in fintech, payments, ecommerce, fraud, or AI-driven decision systems preferred
• Experience working closely with data science or machine learning teams
• Demonstrated track record of owning and improving business metrics
• Founder or entrepreneurial operating experience is a plus
