Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Insights Architect & Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define business processes and provide actionable data insights
• Leveraging coding skills to analyze complex datasets, design and implement data transformations to address specific business needs, and build and evaluate data models
• Developing scalable, efficient, and automated data processes to support client-facing reporting and analytical needs
• Automating AP processes to streamline business operations and improve efficiency
• Communicating verbally and in writing with business clients and stakeholders to share knowledge, insights, and recommendations
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures
• Staying abreast of the latest trends in data warehousing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical programming (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab)
• 3+ years of experience with AI/factual modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and understanding of their application
• Proven ability to apply statistical and mathematical models in a practical, business-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• A Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience in a Data Science or Data Analytics role within a large technology organization
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
