Validate, synthesize, and transform customer data for planning, visibility, collaboration, and analytics using tools like SQL, SSIS, and Excel. Review and analyze the data provided by the customer along with its technical/functional intent and interdependencies. Ensure smooth operations of o9's cloud-based solution by supporting continuous integration and delivery processes consultants and ensuring alignment with best practices. Collect, monitor, and analyze systems performance data for improved performance. Create automated tasks with shell scripts (bash, PowerShell, python). Participate in the technical design and data requirements gathering and make recommendations in case of inaccurate or missing data. Apply knowledge of IBPL (Active Rules/Procedures/Action buttons) and configure UI workflows using Designer. Utilize SQL, MDX, and TSQL. Apply Statistical, Optimization, and Simulation skills through software tools and packages including R, SAS, and CPLEX. Apply understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP. Utilize Plugin Framework (Python and JavaScript), statistical techniques, SCS, and LP.
