Responsibilities

• Lead the development of seasonal concepts from initial trend research to final theme execution.
• Craft and communicate compelling seasonal themes, key ideas, and trend narratives.
• Transform market insights and fashion trends into actionable design directions.
• Create engaging mood boards, trend decks, and concept presentations to inspire and guide the team.

Skills

• Extensive experience in fashion concept development with a robust portfolio demonstrating 10-15 years in the industry.
• Proficiency in creating impactful trend decks, mood boards, and concept presentations.
• Strong strategic thinking and trend forecasting abilities.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in navigating complex concept challenges.
• Strong communication skills to clearly and persuasively articulate ideas.
